Satisfied or Refunded  

You can return your purchase, at your expenses, to Moooh!! if you will not be happy with it. We refund also if we ship a wrong item to you.

Final sales, custom made and  custom made personalized jewelry are not refundable.

Please note that in order to enforce your right, you are required to send the item back to MOOOH!! within 14 days from the reception.  Refunding is done by means of bank transfer , through credit purchase, or  a coupon code for your next purchase on Moooh !! In any event, the right to withdrawal is accompanied with the following terms and conditions:

• The right to withdrawal applies to each sole product that is purchased, to be considered as a whole. It cannot be enforced partly.
  
  
• The item purchased, its identifying label or warranty seal must remain intact and should not be tampered. The product must be returned in its original packaging. For the purpose of restricting the risk of damages to the actual packaging, we advise you to put the item in a second box, where you can put the label bearing the authorization code, provided by MOOOH!!. Do not put any label or adhesive tape on the original wrapping.
  
  
• All shipping expenses for the return of the items are to be borne by the Client, in line with law provisions.
  
  
• The Client is completely liable for the shipping of the product till their receipt is duly certified at our warehouse.

  In the future it will be possible to Return the items to our different countries representatives in Europe, Usa and Asia.
  
  
• if the product gets damaged at the time of transport, MOOOH!! will not be responsible for the damage, and the client would not get any refund. The Client’s application for refund would be annulled.
  
  
• MOOOH!! shall not be liable for any damage to or for the theft or loss of any product which are returned by means of non-insured shipments.
  
  
• Upon its arrival at our offices, the product would be examined in order to check any possible damages or other tampering incidents which are not because of transport.

MOOOH would fully refund you the purchase price within 2 days of return of the product and the refund will be done according to your previous refunding instructions.
